Every community has been established around water bodies to thrive, and wells play a significant role in the Bible. In Isaiah 12:3 there is an encouragement to draw water (vital for living) from wells of salvation. God has made salvation possible for us by grace. For us to thrive we need the waters from the wells if salvation that can fully satisfy us. John 4:13-14 (NIV)Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
The wells of the world will give us water that cannot satisfy us completely. In Jesus is our salvation, is our abundance, is our strength, is our confidence, is our comfort in whom we trust resulting in joy!!! Expressed in praise. If you are thirsty drink from the wells of goodness, grace, compassion, mercy, everlasting love, forgiveness. Drink every day, every moment so that our lives will be lives of praise unto His name.
