Wells of Salvation

In every community, the establishment around water bodies is vital for thriving, and wells hold a significant role in the Bible. Isaiah 12:3 provides encouragement to draw water—essential for life—from the wells of salvation. God’s grace has made salvation possible for us. To truly thrive, we require the waters from the wells of salvation that can wholly satisfy us. In John 4:13-14 (NIV), Jesus responded, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

The wells of the world offer water that cannot bring complete satisfaction. In Jesus, we find our salvation, abundance, strength, confidence, and comfort—the One in whom we trust, resulting in joy expressed through praise. If you are thirsty, drink from the wells of goodness, grace, compassion, mercy, and everlasting love. Imbibe daily, every moment, so that our lives become a testament of praise unto His name.
