Psalm 127 commences with the notion of “unless the LORD.” This psalm beautifully illustrates God’s blessings in the life of someone who has partnered with Him across every facet of existence. When constructing a home, reliance on God becomes paramount; He should be our priority, and His word, our foundation. Our security finds its roots in God, who not only watches over us but also instructs, guides, and counsels us — He is our ultimate Protector.

True rest is discovered solely in Him, as we gradually develop the ability to trust Him and relinquish our worries, desires, dreams, pain, and aspirations, all while recognizing His eternal sovereignty.

Our children are divine rewards, unequivocally His. By entrusting our children to the Lord, instilling in them the ways of God, they transform into arrows that propel further than we ever could within God’s Kingdom, ultimately becoming sources of joy to many.
